Quick Stories
Quick stories are stories which are inspired by pictures found on the Internet. On one forum, the writing exercise revolves around a deck of playing cards. It is a writing exercise wherein the moderator builds a deck of cards using pictures culled from the Internet. Participants of the exercise pick the cards at random and must write a story based on the picture found on their card. At other times, images are selected by vote and everyone involved writes a story based on the same image.
